Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.
  • Provide janitorial services that may include restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition; report any maintenance issues as needed.
  • Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold company standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is beneficial.
