IT Technician
to join our client's Solutions Delivery Team.

Location:
This position requires working onsite in Brantford, Ontario, Canada.

Hours
: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm EST

This onsite role (5 days/week, hours of operation 7am - 3pm ET) will reside within the Custom Fulfillment Services Center in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of technical provisioning of products in accordance with quality standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technology:

* Proficient in using computer systems, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.

* Familiar with IT technology such as ServiceNow, SAP, InTune, AutoPilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and 11, mobile and tablets.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in fulfillment operations.

Fulfillment Process Management:

* Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from order receipt and inbound to shipping.

* Ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and shipping procedures.

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Customer Service:

* Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and shipping.

* Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.

Communication:

* Maintain open and effective communication with CFS Engineers, operators, managers, and Intake PMs.

* Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and provide performance feedback
