HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Process all payments received, in priority order, on a daily basis at the direction of management.
- Process and administer Insolvency related information onto InsolvencyLink software
- Reviews and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met.
- Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients.
- Analyses documentation/email received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines.
- Responsible for reconciling any discrepancies found in balancing at a batch level.
- Generate remittance reports and prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain clients process like an unidentified account, waiting for reply folders, reversals and refund cheques.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with a team and the ability to work independently.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environment.
- Ability to "Think Differently" continuously looking for process improvements that gain efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects.
- Make sound judgements when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions.
- Repetitive tasks
- Extended periods of working on a computer
- Strong attention to detail required to ensure payment information is accurately entered, balanced and remitted to our clients.
- Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
