You will be responsible for managing therapy for both acute and chronic conditions, helping patients understand their medications through clear education, and supporting smooth transitions as patients move between different care settings. We offer competitive pay, including a supplemental allowance of $4.94 per hour up to $10,000 annually, along with a Remote Retention Allowance of up to $3,000 per year. Description:
As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.
