Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Cambridge, ON, involves working as a Project Technologist focusing on Building Science. Key responsibilities include conducting building condition assessments, preparing technical reports, assisting in design and restoration projects, and ensuring quality control in construction projects. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with project teams, performing field investigations, and supporting senior team members in client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting building condition assessments and field investigations
  • Skills in preparing technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings
  • Experience in design, restoration, and repair projects related to building systems
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes in construction
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
  • Valid driver's license to support travel for project and site assessments
  • Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards
