Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications

- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meat products for food preparation

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses

- Proficient in using butcher tools and equipment

- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging of meat products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

- Good communication skills to interact with customers and kitchen staff

Note: Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a passion for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn.
