Formwork Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Formwork Foreman to lead our crews and ensure high standards of workmanship and productivity on every project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of formwork crews on site.

• Read and interpret structural drawings and formwork plans with accuracy.

• Plan and organize materials, equipment, and labour resources effectively.

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

• Communicate clearly with project managers, site supervisors, and trades.

• Lead by example in maintaining a professional, safe, and productive job site.

• Track crew hours, material usage, and production rates.

• Train and mentor crew members to improve skill and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in formwork construction (walls, columns, slabs, foundations).

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

• Strong understanding of blueprints, layout, and structural details.

• Ability to manage teams and enforce deadlines.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights) are mandatory.

• Concrete finishing and layout experience considered an asset.
