Overview

The Customer Care Representative will be the first point of contact for all a.p.i customer inquiries and matters. This includes, but is not limited to, questions related to billing, contract renewals, account changes, and general customer service issues. To deliver exceptional support, the representative must remain knowledgeable about all products, services, corporate policies, and customer guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to every customer.

Key Responsibilities


•Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.


•Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.


•Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.


•Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.


•Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.

Education & Experience


•High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.


•Post-secondary education is preferred.


•Previous experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset.


•Familiarity with telephony features, communications management systems, and automatic dialers is an advantage.


•Experience in quality assurance or customer loyalty programs within a call center is considered valuable.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.


•Strong probing and problem-solving abilities to deliver effective customer resolutions.


•Ability to work independently while also thriving under supervision.


•Skilled at building rapport and value-added relationships with customers over the phone.


•Collaborative team player, willing to assist colleagues when needed.


•Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.


•Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Working Conditions

Must be available to work office hours – subject to change due to business needs.
