What You'll Be Doing:

  • Installing and repairing auto glass on various vehicles
  • Providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with a tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly

Duties will include:

  • Install, repair, and replace automotive glass including windshields, windows, and mirrors.
  • Assess damage to glass components and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of broken glass.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to glass installation.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
  • Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
