Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Counter Associate to join our team. This role is the heart of our in-store experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, the store is well-maintained, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive, attentive experience.
  • Take orders, serve patties and other store items, and manage transactions accurately, including opening and closing the cash register.
  • Assist with store setup, reorganization, and daily cleaning to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Support in-store events and special promotions.
  • Help manage inventory and restock items as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain an eye for detail in all aspects of the store, from product displays to cleanliness.
  • Assist on additional tasks as necessary at either JunePlum or Patois locations.

Qualifications:

  • Required- Previous retail or food service experience.
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to support the store in various operational tasks.
