Inside Sales/Order Desk

Royal Stamp & Sign Co. is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused inside sales representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales & Customer Support: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling incoming inquiries by phone, email, fax, and in person. Provide product recommendations and expert advice tailored to each customer's needs.
- Estimating and Order Processing: Accurately prepare quotes, enter orders into our system, and generate invoices. Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and meet client expectations for quality and timelines.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products or upgrades that add value for the customer and support company growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with new and repeat clients through consistent, proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer experiences from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Sales & Service Experience: Minimum 5 years in an inside sales or order desk role. Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from inquiry to completion.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Initiative & Professionalism: A mature, self-motivated approach to work. Willing to take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in custom products, especially in the signage, printing, or manufacturing industry is a definite asset.
