Position Overview

As a
Financial Associate
, you will work remotely to provide tailored insurance and financial planning solutions to clients. This role offers full flexibility, unlimited earning potential, and direct mentorship from experienced financial professionals.

You'll play an integral role in helping clients understand and achieve their financial goals — while building your own rewarding career in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Educate clients about insurance, investment, and financial planning products
  • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Manage financial data and ensure compliance with broker and partner standards
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops

Qualifications

  • LLQP License in Ontario
    (preferred)
    or willingness to obtain it within 120 days (training support provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort generating and nurturing your own leads
  • Interest in personal finance, insurance, and investment products
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese) are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (an asset)

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in Ontario
  • Must have a valid Canadian work permit or citizenship
