Inventory Manager – Used Car Dealership
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 44 hours per week
Octane Used Cars is looking for a reliable and organized Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has some dealership experience, understands basic shop procedures, and can manage vehicle flow from arrival to sale.
Responsibilities
- Track and update vehicle status from transport to sale
- Coordinate with mechanic and body shop for inspections and repairs
- Order and receive parts as needed for vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory and key control
- Communicate with sales staff to ensure vehicles are ready for posting and delivery
- Perform basic quality checks before vehicles are listed for sale
Qualifications
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge and parts ordering experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
