Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of horticulture, and the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, while also maintaining the overall aesthetic of the shop. A background in retail sales and customer service is essential, as is the ability to manage inventory and assist with merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral selections.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in floral design and horticulture.
  • Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with team members on merchandising displays to enhance shop appeal.
  • Assist in e-commerce initiatives by preparing orders for online customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
