We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an airline company based in
Montreal, Canada,
for a
Duty Officer position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers at the station;
  • Continuously monitor the handling operations at the station;
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution;
  • Immediately report any operational incidents;
  • Regularly update and maintain operational reports.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
    in
    Management
    or equivalent;
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in a similar position (handling or ground operations);
  • Dynamic, organized
    , with strong
    interpersonal and communication skills
    ;
  • Excellent
    listening
    and
    problem-solving
    abilities;
  • Candidates must be
    currently employed in the aviation or airline industry
    .
