Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and vigilant Security Guards to join our team at a prestigious condominium complex. The ideal candidates will be bilingual (Arabic and English preferred) and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Condominium Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a secure and peaceful environment within the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveillance & Monitoring: Patrol the property, monitor security cameras, and report any suspicious activities or incidents to management and authorities.
  • Access Control: Verify visitor identification, control access points, and assist with security-related inquiries from residents and guests.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, assist with evacuations, and perform basic first aid and CPR if necessary.
  • Resident Interaction: Provide a welcoming presence, assist with resident concerns, and resolve disturbances professionally.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of activities and incidents, report safety concerns or damages, and submit detailed reports.
  • Routine Inspections: Inspect the property and check fire safety equipment, exit routes, and emergency lighting.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
  • Experience: Prior security experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of security systems is beneficial.
  • Skills: Ability to operate security equipment, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to patrol for extended periods and respond to emergencies quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
