This role leads all aspects of Development, helping the brand to lead with the right franchisees, real estate assets and restaurant design that significantly contribute to the building of the Subway Brand image and footprint across Cana

The scope of the role covers market planning, franchisee engagement, evaluation and selection, real estate site selection activity (including new sites and optimization of existing network), collaboration with Subway North America design teams, construction of new units and delivering on remodels targ

This role will be responsible for developing strong processes and leveraging the scale of the North American Business Unit to increase speed to market and transforming the Development KPIs in Ca

Having a strong pipeline for new store openings (including sites and franchisees), will be key. This role is integral in providing a national scope and alignment, with one voice towards the optimization of the network and development of new locations in the Canadian market
