If you're someone who can cut through noise, get to the true root cause, and build processes that make it easy to do things right, you'll thrive here.What You'll DoLead the development and execution of our process improvement strategyAnalyze feedback, workflows, and production trends to identify root causes—not symptomsBuild, refine, and document processes that eliminate recurring issuesWork with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that actually work on the floorPrioritize high-impact changes instead of getting lost in low-value detailsMaintain and strengthen ISO 9001, AS9100D, and other compliance requirementsHelp drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvementAbout YouYou are driven, practical, and systems-mindedYou understand process work at a fundamental level, and you like to make things simple, repeatable, and difficult to get wrongYou can see the big picture but know when to dive into the details to get clarity You value structure, clear communication, and doing things properly.You'll succeed here if you:Have a degree/diploma in engineering, process improvement, quality, or related experienceBring 5+ years of experience in quality, process improvement, operations, or similar leadership rolesNaturally understand process and can break work into simple, logical, repeatable stepsThink in systems and can see how processes connect and impact each otherHave strong analytical skills—you know what actually matters and what doesn'tCommunicate clearly and lead change with influence, not forceAre familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100D, and lean/Six Sigma (an asset)Are results-driven and comfortable with accountabilityWhy Us?We recognize and reward people who work hard, take ownership, and drive improvement.Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $158,300 to $204,750 depending on experience.In addition, you can look forward to: Training & Growth: Leadership training and skills development opportunities, regular coaching, and pathways for growth.
