Position Details

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Rotation: Some Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (rotation schedule)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Wage: $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the front counter with autobody/collision product needs
  • Provide accurate information on paint, tools, and collision supplies
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately using POS/computer systems
  • Support inventory restocking and store organization
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment

Qualifications

  • Experience in autobody/collision industry required
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with computers and POS systems
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Customer service experience and product knowledge are strong assets
