The Sea Urchin Processing Technician will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters and changes.
  • Train and support production staff on best practices and process standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Sea Urchin Processing Technician or in a similar role within a sea urchin (uni) manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sea urchin roe (uni) process optimization techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members across various departments.
