About Us:
Worx Services is a trusted provider of commercial and residential property maintenance, specializing in winter snow removal. With a commitment to safety, reliability, and performance, we are expanding our team for the upcoming snow season.
We're Hiring For:
- Snow Equipment Operators (Loaders, Skid Steers, Salters)
Subcontractors Welcome
If you're an experienced operator or snow removal crew with your own equipment, we're actively looking to subcontract snow removal work for the 2025–2026 season. Let's work together
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous snow removal experience required (minimum 1 season preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Available for on-call work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience operating loader, skid steers, or other snow removal equipment required
Assets (not required but considered a plus):
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with salting/de-icing procedures
- Knowledge of commercial site protocols
