About Us

Embark Physio is a newly established physiotherapy clinic dedicated to helping our community move better, recover stronger, and live without limits. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional, and client-focused environment from the moment someone walks through our doors.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, keeping the clinic running smoothly, and supporting our physiotherapists in delivering exceptional care.

While prior experience in a reception, admin, or healthcare setting is preferred, we're happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination for physiotherapists
  • Support the clinic team with basic administrative tasks
  • Support the team with basic marketing duties

What We're Looking For

  • Preferred: Experience in reception, customer service, Janeapp, or admin (healthcare experience is a plus),
  • Essential: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Comfortable learning new software (experience with booking systems is an asset)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills — in person, on the phone, and via email
