Résumé du poste :
Nous recherchons un(e) Planificateur(trice) de Production rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer le respect des échéanciers de production et la livraison ponctuelle des pièces nécessaires aux lignes de moteurs.
Responsabilités principales :
- Coordonner les priorités des lignes de moteurs et s'assurer que les échéanciers de production sont respectés.
- Collaborer avec les acheteurs pour suivre les bons de commande et accélérer la livraison des pièces.
- Travailler directement sur le plancher de production en interaction avec les équipes syndiquées en usinage, assemblage et qualité.
- Effectuer des tâches analytiques quotidiennes, incluant le suivi des horaires, la production de rapports et l'analyse de données via Excel.
- Résoudre les problèmes liés au travail en cours (WIP), notamment les retards fournisseurs et la communication interne des impacts.
Qualifications :
- 2 à 5+ années d'expérience en planification ou opérations de production.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite).
- Maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, VLOOKUP, gestion de données).
- Expérience avec les systèmes ERP/MRP.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic operations team. This role is critical in ensuring production schedules are met and parts are delivered on time to support engine line priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engine line priorities and ensure production schedules are aligned with delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Buyers to track purchase orders and expedite part deliveries.
- Work directly on the production floor, interfacing with unionized teams in machining, assembly, and quality.
- Perform daily analytical tasks including schedule tracking, reporting, and Excel-based data analysis.
- Resolve issues related to work-in-progress (WIP), including supplier delays and internal communication of impacts.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations or production planning.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
