Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics and be comfortable handling high-volume invoicing and accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Enter invoices, perform batch processing, and generate financial reports.
  • Ensure high-volume invoice accuracy while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Support billing processes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and compliance.
  • Work with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting transactions as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting practices and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AR/AP modules).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including debits/credits and general ledger processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Experience handling billing in fast-paced environments; industry-specific experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting is preferred.
