About the Role
We are hiring a Commercial Cleaner to join our Sarnia team. This is not a casual or side job—we're looking for someone who wants steady hours, long-term growth, and to be part of a respected, professional cleaning company.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain commercial spaces to client standards (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, washrooms, kitchens, floors, garbage removal, etc.)
- Follow checklists and safety procedures with consistency and attention to detail
- Work independently or as part of a small team, depending on the site
- Communicate with supervisors and clients in a professional, respectful manner
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (schools, offices, retail, or industrial sites)
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday (some evenings or weekends may be required)
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Strong work ethic: punctual, dependable, detail-oriented
- Able to lift 25 lbs and handle physical cleaning work on your feet for several hours
- Clear criminal background check
