  • Validate deductions and post audits; maintain TMA tracking.
  • Ensure accurate entry and tracking of feature deal sheets internally and externally.
  • Confirm weekly ad placements and communicate changes to sales and demand planning teams.

Forecasting & Analytics

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Demand Planning to integrate feature activity into forecasts.
  • Provide strategic and analytical support including pricing analysis, KPI dashboards, customer reporting, and marketing activation.

Field & Merchandising Communication

  • Prepare and distribute weekly features and merchandising memos.
  • Maintain product pricing setup and shared resources (e.g., price and store lists).

Process Improvement & Administration

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance core sales processes.

  • Lead customer presentations and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Progress toward becoming a full Account Manager.

Experience & Education:

  • College or University degree in Business or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably in grocery retail (sales or analytics).
  • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent customer needs.
