If you love building things and would like a career where you can be problem solving and building things, you will be a part of a growing team and take part in a wide range of innovative and unique solutions. The successful candidate will be based out of our venue in Dartmouth and will be responsible for

  • Supporting the tech team in all aspects of design, development, building, or testing simulators or components of simulators
  • Testing and diagnostics of hardware and software for internal use or customers
  • Providing a customer-focused technical support to customers
  • Provide maintenance and repairs on hardware as need for customers or company owned equipment.
  • Perform quality and condition checks on equipment
  • Learning how to set up simulators and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Assisting other team members when necessary with customer service, order processing, and shipping

In order to succeed in this role, candidates will need to need to be reliable and with a strong work ethic. Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong communication with customers and other team members
  • Well organized, including during peak and high volume periods
  • Tech savvy with an aptitude for learning new apps and systems
  • Self starter with strong problem-solving skills and interest to learn and grow
  • (Not required but considered an asset) Experience with sim racing
  • (Not required but considered an asset) Interest in or familiarity with product design/CAD.
  • (Not required but considered an asset) Interest in wiring or custom controllers

The position is permanent. Monday to Friday is preferred but the schedule has flexibility.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
