Trade Helper

Trade Helper (maintenance cleaner), Belledune, New Brunswick

Interfor Division Belledune NB is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trade Helper (Maintenance Cleaner).

What You'll Do

• Assist maintenance trade employees in their respective tasks.
• Cleaning in and around machines between production shifts in sawmill and Planer.
• Assist operational cleaners with housekeeping during production
• Work independently and as part of a team within the department and with other departments.
• Other tasks assigned

What You Offer

• Ideally 2 years' experience in a sawmill/industrial environment.
• Sound understanding of safe work practices and safety regulations.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Physical ability to perform duties, climb stairs, and lift +/- 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative.

• Work schedule:Thursday to Monday morning from 6:30pm to 7am
