Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. In this role, the technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. The technician will uphold service standards and work collaboratively to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Proven ability to foster Customer Satisfaction by providing professional and quality service.
  • EPA certification and adherence to safety and industry standards required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are beneficial for service calls.
  • Experience in HVAC systems and a relevant technical certification or apprenticeship is preferred.
