Position Overview:

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Processing Warehouse Support / Contents Technician in our Delta branch. If you have the ability to work hard, multitask and learn quickly with a positive attitude, then we want to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

Main Duties but not limited to:

  • Process contents using both Fireline equipment and manual cleaning methods.
  • Sort, clean, and organize various contents including household items, furniture, and electronics.
  • Ensure all items are processed in accordance with company quality standards and restoration protocols.
  • Assist with laundry processing of soft goods using specialized cleaning systems.
  • Tag, track, and organize textiles to maintain accurate chain of custody
  • Assist the Contents Warehouse Assistant in listing and documenting non-restorable (NR) items in the warehouse.
  • Accurately record and update all inventory information in Encircle and other systems as required.
  • Maintain detailed notes and complete daily claim updates in PSA and through email communication.

Will have to go on the road as occasional lead / occasional tech as needed.

  • Conducting general everyday cleaning
  • Cleaning all types of floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming and hand scrubbing
  • Maintain cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites
  • Assist with pack-outs, processing (cleaning), and content move back / resets
  • Follow established cleaning procedures
  • Complete detailed structure cleans, and construction cleans
  • Processing content in the warehouse
  • Complete your daily updates for each and every claim in PSA and email
  • Documentation of Inventory & Non-Restorable Content completed on Encircle (training provided)
  • Completing and handing in the necessary paperwork
