Job Description

Role Overview:

The ISAM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and supporting IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across business and IT teams, and proactive involvement in improving security posture and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain ISAM performance and capacity.
  • Champion innovative approaches to enhance security and access management capabilities.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Interface with business units to understand security and access requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend best practices through proactive monitoring and analysis.
  • Participate in ITIL-based processes including change, incident, problem, and configuration management.
  • Support the continuous improvement of business processes and workflows.
  • Perform high-complexity analysis, design, development, and unit testing of ISAM-related solutions.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
  • ISAM Product Certification
    (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise IT or large-scale implementation environments.
  • Familiarity with
    ITIL standards
    and processes.
  • Experience with
    Linux/Windows servers
    or
    web development
    is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC
    and secure coding practices.
  • Agile mindset with experience in
    Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent
    communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across technical and business teams.
