  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de partenaires (distributeurs, revendeurs, concessionnaires) dans votre territoire
  • Agir comme point de contact principal entre les partenaires et les équipes internes
  • Former et accompagner les équipes de vente partenaires sur les programmes de financement et les outils numériques disponibles
  • Identifier de nouvelles occasions de croissance commune et maximiser les revenus générés
  • Guider les clients référés à travers le processus de financement
  • Suivre les opportunités, les indicateurs de performance et les données de ventes dans le CRM
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes du crédit, du marketing et des opérations pour optimiser l'expérience partenaire et client
  • Fournir des commentaires du terrain afin d'améliorer continuellement les programmes et processus de vente
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ventes partenaires, gestion de comptes B2B ou développement d'affaires, idéalement dans les secteurs du financement, de la technologie, des paiements ou de l'hôtellerie/restauration
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Antécédents éprouvés en gestion de partenariats et en atteinte (ou dépassement) des objectifs de ventes

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer and distributor partners within your territory
  • Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Educate and train partner sales teams on available financing and digital solutions
  • Drive joint sales initiatives and identify opportunities for mutual growth
  • Guide referred customers through the application and approval process, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and deliver accurate reporting in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and credit teams to optimize partner and customer satisfaction
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B account management (ideally within finance, technology, payments, or hospitality sectors)
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Proven success in growing partner relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients and partners succeed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Quebec as needed
