Business Development Manager
to join our Vancouver team. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Canada by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, industrial businesses, and commercial partners
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored access solutions for clients
  4. Lead the sales process from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  5. Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs
  6. Represent SafeSmart Access Canada at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management (construction or industrial sector experience is an asset)
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  3. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within BC when required
