About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll manage Carousel's paid media strategy (Google Ads), drive SEO and SEM initiatives, and ensure our campaigns are aligned with key growth goals. You'll dive into data daily, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to push results.
This is a fully onsite role based in our Montreal office. We believe the best marketing ideas happen face-to-face, in real time, and with real collaboration
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads and other paid channels
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad ROI
• Own and execute our SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, content suggestions, and technical SEO audits
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools
• Create actionable reports and dashboards to measure KPIs and provide insights to the team
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce landing pages and ad creatives that convert
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and SEM
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns with clear results
• Solid knowledge of keyword research tools
• Ability to audit and improve SEO for websites and landing pages
• Strong analytical mindset; you're confident using data to back your decisions
What Does Our Interview Process Look Like?
- Virtual Phone Screening – A brief 15-minute intro chat with our Recruitment team member via Google Meet. We'll share more about the role, the team, the culture, and our mission over at Carousel while learning about your experience.
- Virtual Interview – This 30-minute interview will be conducted by our Marketing Manager. He'll review your background in detail, discuss the up-and-coming projects, and share our vision for the role.
- On-site Interview – Meet our founder in person alongside our Marketing Manager at our office for a final discussion to ensure mutual alignment.
- Decision – Offer or feedback.
