HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Newmarket who needs to hire a Production Supervisor who has automotive experience overseeing metal stamping lines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


• Experience as a Production Supervisor while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company where you oversaw stamping press lines


• Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it's effect on daily production


• Experience with: SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP


• Working knowledge of IATF 16949

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Responsible for the daily production within the plant


• Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.


• Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention


• Ensures that everyone works in a safe manager


• Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework
