About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist, someone driven, curious, and ready to grow fast. You'll be the bridge between sales and digital marketing, helping Actual Body reach new audiences, convert inbound leads, and launch smart outreach campaigns that drive revenue.

You'll learn directly under our marketing lead, mastering both conversion and communication.

What You'll Do

Sales & Conversion


•⁠  ⁠Respond to inbound leads through DMs, emails, and web chat.


•⁠  ⁠Convert interest into booked consultations, memberships, or product sales.


•⁠  ⁠Manage light CRM tracking and follow-ups.

Digital Marketing


•⁠  ⁠Assist with outbound digital campaigns social DMs, email sequences, and light ad outreach.


•⁠  ⁠Research and engage with potential influencer or partnership leads.


•⁠  ⁠Help build and test digital funnels  landing pages, email flows, and remarketing ideas.


•⁠  ⁠Collaborate on copy, headlines, and offers that resonate with different audiences.


•⁠  ⁠Monitor conversion metrics and suggest optimizations based on performance data.

•⁠  ⁠Eager to become a full digital marketer over time.

Compensation


•⁠  ⁠*Base salary:* $45,000–$60,000 CAD (Toronto market range)


•⁠  ⁠*Commission:* Per conversion (consultations, memberships, or product sales)


•⁠  ⁠*Performance bonuses* for meeting sales + marketing KPIs
