Bilingual Director, Partnership Development
What does a successful Bilingual Director of Partnership Development do?
As a Bilingual Director of Partnership Development at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of expanding Fiserv's market reach through strategic referral partnerships across Canada. You will take ownership of developing Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Associations, and other networks that align with Fiserv's direct go-to-market strategy. This role blends business development, partner relationship management, and sales strategy, requiring a leader who is a strategic thinker and an exceptional executor.
What You Will Do
- Identify and secure new partnerships with VARs, ISVs, Associations, and other referral sources across new markets and verticals in Canada.
- Evaluate partnership fit based on technical capability, market alignment, and revenue potential.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring technical alignment, sales enablement, and joint go-to-market plans.
- Build relationships with partner decision-makers and influencers to secure commitment and expand Fiserv's presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for seamless partner integration.
- Monitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted enablement plans to drive results.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure continuous partner engagement, retention, and optimization.
- Deliver regular reports on pipeline health, projected deal closures, partner activation status, and expected revenue impact.
What You Will Need To Have
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, or strategic sales, preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or POS industries.
- Proven success in sourcing and scaling high-value partners.
- Strong knowledge of technology ecosystems, including APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers.
- Fluency in both French and English for national coverage and engagement across Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, and/or work.

- Solide connaissance des écosystèmes technologiques, y compris des API, des intégrations tierces et des plateformes cloud.
- Capacité à naviguer dans des organisations complexes et à influencer les décideurs.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais pour une couverture nationale et un engagement à travers le Canada.
