About the Role

We're building something real from the ground up — not just a business, but a movement.

I'm bootstrapping and expanding WashWorks Technology across the U.S. and Canada — acquiring and renovating car wash sites while documenting the raw, unfiltered process of building an empire. Alongside that, we're crafting a personal brand rooted in entrepreneurship, discipline, leadership, and growth — designed to inspire builders, creators, and men who take ownership of their lives.

We have no polished media machine — no pre-built platforms or existing audience — only a vision, a camera, and a relentless pace.

I'm looking for someone rare — a creative partner and media operator who can capture the reality of what we're building and translate it into a story people want to follow. Someone who moves fast, adapts even faster, and sees both the art and the strategy behind content.

What You'll Do

  • Document the journey – Follow me on-site, during builds, installs, and travel. Capture the grit, the chaos, and the wins — the real story behind the growth of WashWorks.
  • Create high-impact media – Edit and produce powerful short and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Architect digital presence – Build and manage both the personal and company brands online — from storytelling to execution.
  • Drive brand growth – Strategize, post, and engage to grow the audience from zero with clear goals and creative experimentation.
  • Design digital touchpoints – Build landing pages, funnels, and other brand assets that connect story to action and conversion.
  • Collaborate at the front lines – Work directly with me to turn real-world entrepreneurship into content that inspires, educates, and moves people.
  • Travel often – Across Canada, the U.S., and occasionally internationally (passport required).
