Village Optical is looking for an experienced Licensed Optician or Eyewear Consultant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients find the perfect eyewear and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the role for you

What You'll Do

  • Help patients select and fit eyeglasses
  • Provide expert advice on frame style and lens options
  • Take precise measurements for lenses and frames
  • Perform adjustments and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with eyewear or prescriptions
  • Maintain inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels
  • Ensure proper documentation and patient records
  • Assist with daily clinic operations and maintain a professional environment
  • Collaborate closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Optician or equivalent experience in eyewear consulting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Team player who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative, fast-paced environment
