Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting participants to engage in the community
  • Help individuals achieve their goals and maximise their potential
  • Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
  • Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
  • Engage in person centred active support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You'll Need to Thrive in This Role

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • A current Driver's License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification
  • Current National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Ability to transport participants in private vehicle
