We're on the hunt for a high-octane, experienced Sales & Finance Consultant who knows their stuff—someone who's confident in closing deals and has real experience navigating the world of auto financing. Bonus points if you've worked with subprime financing and tools like Dealertrack

  • A true car enthusiast who knows your trim levels from your torque specs?
  • Driven by results and fueled by success?
  • An expert in the art of the deal—and the science of financing?
  • Someone with a minimum of 2 years in the auto sales/finance game? (No rookies, please.)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Matching customers with the pre-owned vehicle that fits their life, budget, and dreams.
  • Guiding clients through the financing process, from credit apps to approvals.
  • Delivering top-tier service while building long-term relationships.
  • Staying sharp with inventory, promos, and industry trends.
  • Smashing sales goals and having fun doing it.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of automotive sales or finance experience—you've been around the block.
  • Strong working knowledge of makes, models, and vehicle features.
  • Experience with financing, especially subprime, and tools like Dealertrack.
  • Proven success in closing deals and making customers happy.
  • A strong work ethic, high energy, and a love for the auto world.
  • Great communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
