As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to lead experiences from concept to execution. You'll bring both a designer's toolkit and a product strategist's mindset – using user research to identify needs, working with data to uncover insights, and translating both into clear, impactful designs.

What You'll Do:

• Identify research gaps, plan studies, and run effective user research to transform that data into design decisions that are intuitive and usable.
• Design end-to-end, build-ready experiences for a new SaaS platform – including defining jobs-to-be-done, mapping information architecture, and establishing clear nomenclature.
• Bring concepts to life, creating key design artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain high design standards, leveraging your toolkit to maintain product consistency and effectiveness.
• Partner with the CETO to align UX strategy with roadmap milestones and product development goals.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in early and mid-stage SaaS environments.
• 4+ years of experience working with design tools and building high-quality prototypes.
• A strong track record of translating complex technical solutions into intuitive, user-centric digital products.
