Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Training Project Plans and related activities for the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project, delivered in two releases.
- Manage project plans, status reporting, and administrative tasks to support training documentation and effectiveness measurement.
- Coordinate project updates to align key ERP Training activities across multiple ERP and USUI Project plans.
- Collaborate closely with ERP Training Manager, OCM Project Managers, and the Training Team.
- Maintain detailed Training Plans for consecutive project deliveries (Release 1 & 2).
- Maintain Resource Loaded Plan as a subset of the Training Plan.
- Assist with updates of the Training Artifact Development Project Plan in collaboration with the Training team.
- Support weekly look-ahead reporting for all training tasks on the Training Plan and OCM Master Plan related to Training.
- Maintain task tracking details for the Training Team using tools like Teams planner board and Task on a Page (TOAP) document.
- Support Training file management best practices to fulfill audit requirements.
- Support Training checkpoint progress reporting and related documentation requiring sign-off/approvals.
- Assist the Training team with scheduling meetings, sending out pre-reads, managing and storing meeting recordings, and documenting meeting summaries.
- Develop and document processes to provide consistency and clarity across a large working team.
- Work with ERP OCM PM and BUS ERP OCM PM on alignment items across multiple project plans.
- Support the development of an improved ERP Training Repository/Learning Portal that meets project delivery and sustainment needs.
- Support the development of a Sustainment Plan for ERP Sustainment Teams related to Training and related access provisioning activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management/Coordination experience, including maintaining detailed project plans.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple competing priorities.
- Initiative to proactively investigate and follow up on outstanding actions/items.
- Working knowledge/experience with Power BI and SharePoint Online.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively within a large team across multiple time zones, in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work overtime during peak delivery windows.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, MS Project, and other Microsoft Suite skills (Teams, CoPilot, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Client support mindset.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with large, complex projects, preferably ERP projects, and working knowledge of Workday LMS.
- Previous experience supporting OCM and Training Delivery projects.
