Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) located in Toronto, ON. The RPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans. The role also includes monitoring patient progress, documenting medical information, and educating patients on health management and prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario
- Experience in patient care, administering medications, and conducting assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
