We are a building supply and project centre providing project providing contractors and do-it yourself builders with the tools, materials, design, and construction services to support projects of any scale.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a multifaceted role that combines administrative support, HR coordination, payroll assistance, and executive-level support. You will be at the centre of our operations, helping ensure smooth processes, supporting employees, and contributing to organizational success.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding and maintain accurate HR records, compliance files, and training logs.
  • Manage calendars, organize meetings, and prepare documents for leadership.
  • Draft and proofread presentations, reports, correspondence, and financial documents.
  • Plan events, coordinate large meetings, and manage special bookings (e.g., Winnipeg Jets Skybox).
  • Track and support safety compliance initiatives and maintain related documentation.
  • Order office supplies, maintain boardrooms and common areas, and greet visitors.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, HR, or payroll support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
