As a Sr. Enterprise Risk Analyst specializing in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Governance, Operational Risk & Compliance (GRC) support, you will play a critical role in strengthening Sagen's risk oversight and compliance posture. This role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by executing key risk assessments, maintaining GRC tools, and ensuring regulatory alignment in third-party engagements. You will collaborate across business units to promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability, while supporting audit readiness and control testing and risk committee reporting.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for risk governance, particularly in the areas of third-party oversight and GRC systems.

Third Party Risk Management

  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence reviews of third-party vendors.
  • Monitor compliance with third-party regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies and escalation protocols for third-party risks.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders regarding the execution of all Third-Party risk management requirements

GRC Support

  • Maintain and enhance Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools to support enterprise-wide risk visibility.
  • Assist in the documentation and tracking of risk controls, issues, and remediation plans.
  • Support the integration of risk appetite and tolerance metrics into GRC workflows.

Operational Risk Committee Reporting

  • Prepare operational risk metrics, trends, and insights to the Operational Risk Committee.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of third-party and operational risk exposures.
  • Track committee action items and follow-ups to ensure accountability and closure.

Audit & Control Testing

  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support control testing and evidence gathering.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of third-party risk events and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the design and execution of control testing methodologies to assess risk maturity.

What We're Looking For.

  • 2-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or vendor oversight, preferably in financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Third Party Risk Management programs.
  • Familiarity with GRC platforms and risk reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio; Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in third-party and operational risk.

This position requires work from our Oakville office but offers a flexible hybrid work model that allows employees to work remotely from their home office.
