What it's like to be a Northbridge Training Consultant with our Risk Services team

As a Training Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping the training and development experience for both internal teams and external clients within Risk Services. You'll deliver impactful learning using existing materials, while also identifying new training needs aligned with business goals. You'll design, deliver, and evaluate innovative learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.

We want your talent

If you're great at:

  • Designing and delivering training for diverse audiences
  • Managing multiple priorities with agility
  • Building strong relationships and partnerships
  • Paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
  • Thinking strategically about learning needs and solutions

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, or Communication preferred)
  • Certification in Adult Education
  • 5+ years of corporate training experience
  • Experience creating courseware, online help, and e-learning content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Adobe Writer, and MAC
