Lari Construction, a leader in stone restoration, masonry, and general contracting since 1994, is looking for an Entry-Level Estimator to join our team. This is a hands-on role with real growth potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Review construction plans and perform quantity takeoffs
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
  • Ensure accurate project costing and support budgeting efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Basic construction knowledge (stone restoration/masonry is a plus)
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and organized
  • Education in construction or related field preferred

Lari Construction, leader en restauration de pierre, maçonnerie et construction générale depuis 1994, est à la recherche d'un(e) Estimateur(ice) Débutant(e) pour rejoindre son équipe. Il s'agit d'un poste pratique offrant un réel potentiel d'évolution.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Examiner les plans de construction et effectuer des métrés
  • Préparer des devis détaillés et des propositions d'appels d'offres
  • Collaborer avec les chefs de projet, ingénieurs et fournisseurs
  • Assurer la précision des coûts des projets et soutenir la budgétisation

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise d'AutoCAD et d'Excel
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans de construction
  • Connaissances de base en techniques et matériaux de construction (la restauration de pierre/maçonnerie est un atout)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Orienté(e) objectifs, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
  • Formation en construction ou domaine connexe souhaitée
