Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications.
  • Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Engage in heavy lifting as required for vehicle components and parts during repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive repair.

Experience

  • Proven mechanic experience in an automotive repair environment is essential.
  • Dealership experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems is required.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes related to automotive components is beneficial.
