Duties
- Operate snow removal tractors to clear snow and ice from residential driveways.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize snow removal tasks based on weather conditions and traffic needs.
- Resolve equipment function issues on the fly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and routes cleared.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Skills
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of general area and street layouts.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.
